Tarleton STATE Trip Information-Tues-Thurs April 27-29
Dress Code: While in the vehicle, hotel and dinner: all students must wear school appropriate clothing. While in the contest: wear cde team polo, jeans, closed toed shoes and a jacket.
Arrival time: Students will need to arrive and be ready to leave by 3:00PM. Meet in Mrs. Packman’s room. We will travel by mini van. You may bring your overnight items to school that morning and leave them in the ag office.

3:00ish-Leave PHS
7:30ish-Arrive in Granbury/Dinner
8:00-Downtime @ hotel, study & sleep
Thursday
Wednesday
8:30-Breakfast at hotel, leave for dairies
8:00-Spend the day traveling around Stephenville visiting dairy operations
12:00-Lunch
6:00-Return to Granbury for dinner
8:00-Downtime @ hotel, study & sleep
7:30-Leave for contest in Stephenville
12:30-Leave Stephenville, stop for lunch along the way
Immediately following the conclusion of the contests, we will depart for PHS and stop for lunch. Awards will be mailed and results posted online.
During the Contest: Students must turn over cell phones to me prior to entering the contest. Having a cell phone on you can disqualify you. I will hold them and give them to you immediately following the contest.
Departure: Anticipated arrival to Katy is 5-6 PM. Parents will be made aware if there is any delay.
What to bring: JACKET. Money for dinner on Tuesday, lunch on Wednesday, lunch Thursday and money for snacks at Bucees. Chapter will pay for breakfast (at hotel) and for dinner wednesday night. Any study material. Whatever you need for an overnight trip.
