Katy Invitational Information-Thursday April 1

Dress Code: Students should wear their PHS CDE Team polo collared shirt, jeans, closed toed shoes and a jacket.

Arrival time: Students will need to meet at the KISD Ag Science Facility by 8:00 AM. If you need to ride the bus to school, no problem! We will bring you over in the Ag Truck but let your teacher know. The contest is located at 5801 Katy Hockley Cut Off Rd, Katy, TX 77493. This is about 4 miles from PHS, on Katy Hockley Cut Off. The same location as the livestock show, use the barn entrance, not the main entrance!

** Remember, due to Katy ISD’s current COVID protocols regarding travel, overnight trips are not permitted for invitational contests. However, overnight trips ARE permitted for area and state contests.

During the Contest: Students must turn over cell phones to me prior to entering the contest. Having a cell phone on you can disqualify you. I will hold them and give them to you immediately following the contest.

Returning Home: At the end of the contest, students will be fed and then brought back to school via the Ag Truck. They will be on campus by the time the bell rings to go home.

What to bring: JACKET. Money for snacks. Any study material.
