Tarleton Area Trip Information-Tues-Wed April 13-14
Dress Code: While in the vehicle, hotel and dinner: all students must wear school appropriate clothing. While in the contest: wear cde team polo, jeans, closed toed shoes and a jacket.
Arrival time: Students will need to arrive and be ready to leave by 1:30PM. Meet in Mrs. Packman’s room. We will travel by ag truck. You may bring your overnight items to school that morning and leave them in the ag office.
Anticipated Itinerary:
Tuesday
1:30ish-Leave PHS
5:30ish-Arrive in Granbury/Dinner
7:30ish-Return to Hotel
8:00-Downtime @ hotel, study & sleep
Wednesday
7:30-Breakfast at hotel, leave for contest sites
8:00-Arrive in Stephenville/check in
9:00-Contests begin
Immediately following the conclusion of the contests, we will depart for PHS and stop for lunch. Awards will be mailed and results posted online.
During the Contest: Students must turn over cell phones to me prior to entering the contest. Having a cell phone on you can disqualify you. I will hold them and give them to you immediately following the contest.
Departure: Anticipated arrival to Katy is 5-6 PM. Parents will be made aware if there is any delay.
What to bring: JACKET. Money for lunch on Wednesday and money for snacks at Bucees. Dinner on Tuesday will be provided for. Any study material. Whatever you need for an overnight trip.
